“Dear Martin,

I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you and compliment your staff members. We already felt very well taken care off by Katerina Hajkova during the site visit. She put nice site inspections together and showed us a lot of different places and restaurants. We truly enjoyed spending time with her. I don’t know if you know that we also met with a second DMC during the site visit, but I can honestly say that you won the business because of Katerina.

During the planning, Vendula was just wonderful. She responded to all my emails and text messages right away (and trust me, there were a lot) and she was so patient with the changes, the decor, the menus and wine choices, etc. etc. She really made my job very easy and was very nice to work with. She also made sure that we did not miss any of the details.

What can I tell you about Lucia? She is just amazing, no matter what we requested, asked or changed, she was on top of it. As you can imagine, the gala dinner & awards is the most important component of this trip. Normally my client gets a little nervous about the rehearsal and the evening, which I totally understand because it is so important that everything goes well. Not only the set up and dinner but also the Audio Visual. This time, she was very, very relaxed. She told me that this was the best rehearsal we ever had for an awards night, and that this was because of Lucia. She was just on top of everything. The same yesterday in the evening, Lucia orchestrated everything so well and professional, that we did not have to worry about anything.

You can be very proud to have those 3 ladies on your team. They are just amazing and a pleasure to work with.

By the way, we received a lot of positive comments about Ivana who toured the city with our group, came with us to the castle, was in charge for the Jewish Quarter Tour and luckily will take care of the Atomic Bunker Tour with our VIPs tomorrow. We like her so much, that we requested her assistance at the Hospitality Desk for our next meeting in Prague in June!
