Senior Event Manager
for Hungary
Senator Meetings & Incentives is a Destination Management Company providing event organization and travel arrangement services since 2004. For our Hungarian office in Budapest, we are looking for a Senior Event Manager.
Be an open-minded, enthusiastic, flexible, and productive team member with at least 2 years of experience in MICE or business tourism. Speak Hungarian (basic level) and excellent French and English.
As a Senior Event Manager at Senator MI, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Planning and organizing events including supplier negotiations and contracting
- Selling and prospecting
- Executing events according to the agreed standards and timelines
- Control of the administration (budget, invoicing, CRM etc.)
- Final project evaluation and feedback completion
- Attending sales trips
