When I was six, I was most interested in space and wanted to be a singer. It has been quite some time since then, and rather than just travel with my finger on a map of distant galaxies, I enjoy finding solutions to effectively travel the Earth. Becoming a singer was not a good idea either; my loved ones can attest to this (and appreciate my realizing this) :)
